The weather was petty much perfect for the day with bright sunshine and almost no wind. Turnout from the membership was very high and this was probably the most well attended event we've held in a very long time. There were plenty of models, of all types, on display and flying and a few mishaps. The Chairman managed to terminally kill his T-REX 600 heli and Steve Rolph had a radio problem that caused a crash of his new model on it's maiiden flight. The BBQ was well attended with the club making a small profit from sales. Thanks to all those members that came and supported the club. |
